Kevin H. Siefken

Kevin Siefken excels at helping people in tough situations. Whether it is criminal defense, a divorce or a lawsuit, Mr. Siefken has the experience and ability to make a difference. Mr. Siefken was named a Rising Star by Minnesota's Journal of Law and Politics three years in a row. 

While he has experience in many areas of the law, Mr. Siefken mainly represents clients in Criminal Defense, Family Law, Debtor-Creditor rights and Civil Litigation. Although no attorney can guarantee any result, Mr. Siefken is dedicated to doing his best to win the results his clients deserve.

Mr. Siefken is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Criminal Law, Business Law and Family Law sections of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a past president of the Freeborn County Bar Association and currently serves on the Professional Responsibility Rules Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Siefken serves on the local Habitat for Humanity board, serves as past chair of the local Salvation Army Advisory Board and serves as Congregation President in his church. In his free time, he attends his two sons' hockey, soccer and baseball games.

Mr. Siefken has been a speaker and author.  His written work was recently published in a nationally published book on drunk driving defense. He has also written articles in the Minnesota State Bar Journal and the Spring, 2011 edition of the Family Law Forum, a publication of the Minnesota State Bar Association Family Law Section.

Mr. Siefken has been a successful advocate at the trial court and appellate levels since 1995. Mr. Siefken knows that the best representation comes from listening to his clients. While he strives to keep on the cutting edge of the newest legal developments, it is the personal attention he gives to his clients that leads to his greatest success.
