Phil Kohl's attention to detail and personal approach to each client's case has helped him meet the needs of so many satisfied clients. Since 1975, Mr. Kohl has assisted numerous clients in state and federal court, and before the Minnesota Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. An aggressive and experienced trial attorney, Kohl has the ability to gain success in cases that many lawyers would find too difficult.
Kohl's many successes include a 2001 verdict in excess of $1 million for the family of a young mother who tragically lost her life in a car accident. In 2002, Mr. Kohl won a jury verdict in excess of $400,000 for a client who suffered injuries to her arm when she was thrown from a horse.
Kohl is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association. He also served on the Minnesota Supreme Court Uniform Rules Committee from its beginning in 1988 until 2004. Kohl has been named a Superlawyer by Minnesota's Journal of Law and Politics.
